The best spots for outdoor photoshoots according to my eye!!!
With all of the historical architecture mixed with modern wall murals, and picturesque, waterfront views, it’s hard to put my camera down when taking a walk through the streets of Hoboken and Jersey City. That's why you will see that most of my favorite places are right here (but don't worry, The Garden State has many breathtaking places we can explore together!!...), it wasn't easy to make this list but here I am sharing some of my favorite spots to do outdoor photoshoots:
Pier 13 / Maxwell Place Park
Hoboken
Pier 13 is a perfect spot to do outdoor photoshoots at any season. Gorgeous views of NYC as the backdrop for your photoshoot; Colorful, painted walkway PLUS we have nature, The Hudson River and a little pond that looks like a mini beach (sand and rocks are included in). This one is one of my top 5!
Liberty State Park
Jersey City
Liberty State Park, located in Upper New York Bay in Jersey City, is bordered by water on all three sides with breathtaking views of The World Trade Center and The Statue of Liberty. The Central Railroad of New Jersey, located in the park, also makes for a great photo background. This one also is a triple combo (nature + architecture + NYC views). Another in my top 5!
Exchange Place / Paulus Hook Ferry terminal
Jersey City
The city’s financial district and a major transportation hub, Exchange Place is a tight cluster of office and apartment buildings overlooking the Hudson River and Manhattan. Ferries dock at Paulus Hook, and the 50-foot Colgate Clock, dating to 1924, stands watch over the harbor and lights up at night.
Hamilton Park
Jersey City
A Green space in downtown Jersey City is one of its residents and visitors favorite destination. Engulfed in tall trees and sporting an array of historic houses and shop fronts, charming boutiques and restaurants. If you don't want to travel far from your house, look no further, you won't believe what we can do in this charming park!
